Somnath Ghosh has 12 years IT experience in project leadership and delivery of enterprise Oracle, SaaS/.Net/Web application implementations. He has successfully integrated the advantages of project management principles, his extensive consulting experience and Agile methods (eXtreme Programming XP and Scrum) for guiding teams to consistently complete projects on time and within budget. Somnath has evolved from being an early adopter of Agile using an approach of prototyping and iterative development for enterprise solutions to his current level of Scrum Master/Practitioner and Coach. He has successfully introduced Agile methods to new adopters of executives, stakeholders, product owners, collocated and distributed technical teams to achieve higher team collaboration and efficiencies.

He is a speaker for the Project Management Institute’s local chapter where he conducts workshops for executives and Sr. Project Managers on various aspects of project management and Agile methods using SCRUM processes.

We will be hosting a ScrumMaster Certification training course on June 7 and 8 by partnering with expert coach Clinton Keith (www.ClintonKeith.com) and certified by Scrum Alliance.
