About My Agile Experience

I have been in Project Management for approximately 12 years, IT Project Management for the past 5 or so. I received my Scrum Master certification about 1 1/2 years ago. We have successfully implemented SCRUM at Pinnacol Assurance recently, the process spanning a over a year. We have 6 software development teams comprised of 5-10 team members and 1 Data Network Services Support team. My switch from Project Manager to Scrum Master has been an easy transition but I not all PMs here feel that way. We still have occasional challenges, mostly around not understanding why we are doing what we are doing. Some folks have been here for years and don't embrace change. That being said, I hope to learn from you out there by attending events and chatting.
