Event Description

This month, Agile Denver invites you to participate in an interactive session that will help you transform your existing shop into an Agile Engine. In Part One of the session, participants will be given a problem, then brainstorm to identify five techniques for transforming their shop. (Please come prepared with ideas!) All the groups will join to compile their techniques, then vote on the top five. In Part Two, we will compare the techniques discovered in Part One to techniques that have been found to be extremely effective in accomplishing scalable and sustainable Agile adoption.

About the Presenter: Brian Boelsterli, Chief Agile Officer at CREOSS Business Solutions, is a leading expert on Agile Engineering and Adoption.
