The Cynefin (pronouned kuh-NEV-in) framework was created by Dave Snowden as a sense-making model for describing systems in five different domains, and the approach required to solve problems in each domain.
1) Simple: best practice
2) Complicated: good practice
3) Complex: emergent practice
4) Chaotic: novel practice
5) Disorder: ???
In this session we'll have some fun with Legos! We'll experience each of the domains and the approaches used within the domains. Along the way we'll explore how Agile principles and software projects relate to the Cynefin framework.
