Putting It All Together – Agile practices have not only revolutionized how we create software, but also how we look at businesses and business practices. Traditional roles are shifting, and many long held beliefs are being challenged. Steve will spend some time talking about some of these changes, and looking at ways we can not only overcome resistance, but ease the minds of the people whose lives are being changed by Agile adoption.
