Rachel Weston and Chris Browne on "Agile Games to Play with Your Team"

Event Details

Event Description

Games are great training tools, and they’re not just for trainers. Come learn some great games and exercises that *you* can play with your team(s) and coworkers to help them learn Agile principles and practices and to promote a sense of Team.

Rachel and Chris will come ready to teach several games. They’ll give a brief sense of the games’ lengths, audiences and goals, and then the group will rank the list of games on-the-spot based on attendees’ interests. They’ll then teach as many as we have time for. They will play each game with you, so you can experience it first-hand, then explain everything you need to know to run the game with others.

Games we might play:

  • The Ball Point Game
  • Constellation Exercise
  • Offing the Offsite Customer
  • The Penny Game
  • Paper Airplanes
  • Captions

They will provide a takeaway containing basic information on how to run each of these games.
