Ok, folks, you didn't really believe that headline did you? We're not professional wrestlers, we're software professionals, right? We all know that Kanban and Scrum are just tools to help us make things better, faster, cheaper, and more enjoyable, right? At the January Agile Denver meeting, rather than take a "Kanban vs. Scrum" approach, we're going to have a very cordial, but vibrant and exciting, panel discussion about Kanban and Scrum.
We have assembled an all star panel, all people who have presented to Agile Denver over the last year(see "All Star Panel" below).
We'll aim to point out some similarities and differences between the Kanban and Scrum approaches, as well as show how they can work together symbiotically to improve your team and your organization. There will also be significant audience participation, so get your questions ready and be sure not to miss the January meeting of AgileDenver!
