Presentation Abstract & Learning Outcomes: How can the simple process of limiting work-in-progress be a driver for change? What is a "pull system" and can it be applied to software development? How do you measure and manage flow of work in your development environment? We'll explore these questions and more in a presentation and / or game format and in the process give you a deeper understanding of the kanban method that continues to gain momentum in software development.
