Presentation abstract:
Please join Ray Moles (Senior Director of Development), Brad Churchill (Business Analyst) and John Pacheco (VP of PMO) from National CineMedia based here in Denver, Colorado. The National CineMedia team will lead a discussion on Agile Transformation. This interactive "Case Study" will represent the challenges faced by NCM and the techniques deployed to improve their Agile engineering ecosystem to the fullest degree. This CREOSS deployed implementation is now scaling out to over a dozen product areas within NCM. Interact with the NCM panel to get the real scoop on how Agile has delivered for their organization.
